The 2018 Harvest is in the Barrel! Another fine season for grapes. Although our yield was down, quality was great. Little mildew this year after our dry summer. Primary fermentation is done. We are now in secondary or malolactic fermentation for the chardonnay, leon millot and pinot noir. Still picking apples and pressing for future sparkling hard cider. Coming November 18, release of our first bottling of Gamay Noir.
